You may be using an incorrect password. To change your webmail password, you will have to log into your Domain Management Account.
1. Go to the Account Login link and log into your account.
2. Under the heading 'Quick Access', click on the domain using Webmail.
3. This will take you to the Domain Management page. Next to the link 'Webmail (Mailix) Subscription Information', click the 'Configuration' link.
4. Click 'Mailboxes'
- We do not display the password so you will have to update the password and try logging into your account using the new password information.
NOTE: Password changes are not automatic. If you try logging into your Webmail immediately after changing your password, it will not work.
Your Mailix Webmail account may not be initialized.
You can initialize your account by sending an email to your mailbox email address. Once you send an email, try going to the 'Webmail' link and login again.
You may not be typing the correct or complete Username
Make sure that you are typing your complete webmail Username in this format: somename@domainname.com and not just the domain name.
